Roominghouses.net: offers affordable places to live that offer furnished, clean and affordable rooms on a month-to-month lease, usually with no deposit. All bedrooms are private and you share the common areas of the house with the other tenants. Utilities are also included except A/C window units and private mini fridges, which are available for an additional fee.

They perform background checks on all potential tenants and do NOT rent to sex offenders or people with assaults on their record.

PLEASE NOTE: They do NOT rent to families and CANNOT have any children under the age of 18 on the properties. They rent to singles, couples and retirees. SSI, and disability recipients are welcome.

All properties are on metro bus routes and some houses offer easy access to the Metro Light Rail.
